How often do your restock products?

If something catches your eye, we recommend hitting the check out button sooner rather than later. Each collection is months in the making, starting with the development of our super soft custom fabric blends. Once pieces sell out, we do not guarantee restocks in those same colors.


How do I care for my Ocio?

Our loungewear needs a little extra care on laundry day. We recommend checking out our about page, where we break down our care label. However if you're looking for the condensed version: to keep your pieces in shape, wash them on a cold gentle cycle with like colors and lay flat to dry.

Do you have plans to expand your size range?

Glad you asked. Expanding our size range is one of our top priorities. We have exciting things planned for our size range related to both adding sizes and refining the sizes we currently offer. If you don't see your size, drop us a message. We do our best to keep in touch with demand and track all sizing related inquiries. 


On that note - our goal is to make the best fitting loungewear on the planet, so if you have comments on how we could improve your fit experience, we would love to hear from you!


What if I am looking for an oversized fit? Can I order a size up?

You bet. If you are looking for a more oversized fit, you can size up. With each size, both the chest and length measurements increase on hoodies and crews. On shorts and joggers, please see our inseam measurements on the product page.


If I am between sizes, do you recommend I order multiple to try them out?

If you are between sizes, we recommend using our detailed fit guide to find your best fit. You can also reach out to us at hello@ocioleisure.com to have any specific fit questions answered. We try to minimize returns and over-ordering wherever possible to keep our environmental footprint lean, so we do not recommend ordering multiple sizes.


What items are final sale?

All items that are personalized with custom embroidery are final sale.

 

Is Ocio hiring?

We are not currently hiring, but please reach out to work@ocioleisure.com with your resume to be considered for positions as they come available. Bonus points if you send us a fun fact about yourself and maybe a couple reasons why you'd make a great addition to the Ocio team.

Is Ocio a sustainable brand?

We refer to ourselves as a minimal impact leisurewear brand, and we are rooted in both transparency and traceability. At each step in our production process, we choose to work with low-impact materials like organic cotton, and pursue rigorous certifications like the Bluesign® certification. Where are your clothes made?

Our fabric & clothing are both 100% Made in Los Angeles. We are proud to partner with the local and family owned vendors that make Ocio come to life. For more about our manufacturing process, please visit our sustainability page.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Standard shipping for domestic orders under $100 is $8.


When will my order ship?

We usually process and ship orders within 2 business days. During peak season or over holidays, processing times may be higher. Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.


What do I do if my order says it's arrived but I don't have it?

Check if your shipping address on your order is correct. Then, check with your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake. If it's not with your neighbors, wait a day or two to see if it was marked as delivered early. If it's still not there, email us at hello@ocioleisure.com. While we are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, we will do our best to help track down the package.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the US, but we're working on international fulfillment in the near future.


Can I make changes to my order after its been placed?

Sorry! You will not be able to make changes to your order after it's been placed. Please reach out if you have any issues.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact hello@ocioleisure.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number & reason for the return.


Holiday Sale Return Policy: All orders placed during our holiday sale are nonrefundable, eligible for exchange or store credit only. An exchange or store credit request must be made before January 5th, 2022. All shipping costs for returns & exchanges are the customer's responsibility. 


What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged and non-personalized items within 10 days of marked delivery. There is no restocking fee for exchanges and returns for store credit. Returns made for a full refund are charged a restocking fee of $10 per garment. All shipping for returns & exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. As a sustainable small bizz, we are committed to finding each of our pieces a home. Our restocking fee covers care for refreshing returned pieces.


Our goal is to find a loving home for each of our Ocio pieces. We discourage over-ordering as we want to keep our environmental footprint as lean as possible. If you are unsure about your size, please use our detailed sizing guide or reach out with any questions.


We are committed to the highest quality product. If your product is damaged due to material or manufacturing error, we'll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team.


We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


Please note:

  • All pieces with customized embroidery are final sale.
  • We are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
  • Ocio cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.


How long does a return take to process?

Returns may take up to 14 days to process.
